The Country Club area in Denver is considered a Historic District.
It starts north of the Denver Country Club at 1st Avenue and extends to 4th Avenue, to 6th Avenue along Circle Drive, and between Downing Street and University Boulevard. William and Arthur Fisher, together with prominent Boston architect, Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., designed the exclusive Country Club Place subdivision in 1909.
It can be found between Franklin and Race Streets. Architecturally beautiful mansions and grand homes designed for Denver's social and political elite define the 380-home neighborhood.
